We are open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, 7 days a week.

Yes, we offer overnight boarding for pets in our comfortable and secure facility.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

Yes, any guest that wishes to book their hotel or daycare visit can’t do it on the same day, pending on passing the evaluation and the requirements of the store

At Wag Spot we have a multitude of services. Each as follows:

Express Bath: 

• Bath, Blow Dry, Sanitary Area

Premium Bath: 

• Bath, Blow Dry, Sanitary Area, Ears, Nails

Express Groom: 

• Bath, Blow Dry, Sanitary Area, Ears, Nails, Trimming around Face and Paw area only

Premium Groom: 

• Bath, Blow Dry, Sanitary Area, Ears, Nails, All Over Cut

There is also a multitude of Add-On services that can be added on top of each of the main services.

All the baths include ear cleaning. However, the premium baths come with nail trimming. The express bath only comes with bath and dry.

All grooms come with a bath and dry and shaving of the sanitary areas. . However, our express grooms are trims on the face and the feet . Our premium grooms come with a full body haircut and nail trimming.

Yes. Grooming services are offered by appointment to ensure a calm, unrushed, and personalized experience for every pet. However if you wish to walk-in we will always try to accomodate the best we can based on availability during the day

Grooming time varies based on size, coat condition, and services selected. Most appointments range between 1.5–3.5 hours, with your pet’s comfort always coming first.
